Sri MKK Nair was the Founder Chairman of Geetha Bhavan Trust and was instrumental in building a strong foundation to this establishment . He  obtained his degree from Madras University and later took M.Phil and joined the Divisional Accountant and Manager of Telephones with Travancore State . He also served with Department of Homeland and Security as the Planning and Coordination Officer.

After obtaining the IAS , he served as the Deputy Collector at Salam and Hosur . He served in the Central Excise Department as the Deputy Secretary, Bilai Steels as Deputy General Manager. He became the General Manager with FACT , and later rose to the post of Chairman . He has also served as the Chairman of Kerala Kalamandalam , President of Akhila Bharatha Ayyappa Seva Sangam, Joint Secretary and Advisor to Central Planning Board . He has also been the  Chairman for Kerala Kalapeedam and Guru Chengannur Kadhakali Academy. He was the former Committee Member in Guruvayoor Devasom Board.

He established the first Bharatiya Vidyabhavan School in Kerala, which marked a separate phase in the educational setup of the state.

Sri R  Neelakandan Nair was a well known IFS officer and has been the Managing Director with Forest Industries Travancore

Sri A V Bhaskarji was Bharathiya Vidhya Nikethan Margadarshak and was one of the earliest Sangh Pracharaks in Kerala. He started Journey as a Pracharak in 1952 and initiated Sangh work in various Districts of Kerala.,

In 1977 he became the organising Secretary for Bharathiya Vidhya Nikethan and was later elevated as the Organising Secretary South India. For the last few years he has been acting in capacity of a Maragardarshak for the organisation.

Shri A V Bhaskaran known as Bhaskarji fondly was also a leading authority in Shakteya Stream of Thantra. The Deva prathista of Palakkad Kallekad Vyasa Vidhya Peeda was done by Bhaskarji.

Sri PEB Menon was the leading light that has always helped the trust to reach the heights that it stands now . He has served as the Managing Trustee and concentrated on the developmental activities of the trust rather than being in the lime lights.

He is a well known and accredited chartered accountant and managing partner of Balan and Company headquartered at aluva.

He has always dedicated his life to the service of the society in various means despite his busy schedules as a Chartered Accountant. he has been the Prantha Sankh Chalak of RSS for a long time.

He was instrumental in the developmental activities of Grama Seva Samithi, the back bone of many social initiatives like the Mathruchaya.

He always had a special care and attention given to Thanra Vidyapeedam , Bala Samskara Kendram , Dr. Hedgevar Memorial Seva Samithi , International Srikrishna Kendra , Rastra Dharma Parishath.

It was his vision that revived, the once drowned KPB Nidhi Ltd to its present-day strong holding. He has always stood behind many trusts making them accountable and legal in all respects.

It was his instructions and advices that has always helped the trust to be more healthy and straight forwards even in times of strong currents.
